Just going off memory here, but there are two nuts at the rear, under the console cushion, hidden beneath little plastic covers that you pry out. There are two more at the front, hidden beneath that half moon panel that has the traction control switch. You can pry that panel out with a small screw driver. It comes out pretty easy. Disconnect the wiring to the gas door switch, and that should be it. Shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.
