Here’s the latest update. Finally getting most of the internal plumbing done.

1 1/16 inch (3/4 inside diam) stainless steel hoses for oil delivery, via Dailey Drysump system:

Rear oil tank plumbed(right side pic). See tranny and diff cooler pumps.

Oil pump routes to two stage external oil coolers. Note heat tape to help further insulate oil lines.

Two stage external oil coolers

Diff and Tranny Coolers
Motec engine management automatically turns on pumps to route hot fluid when temps reach 200 degrees.

Outlets from tranny and diff coolers.

Intakes to tranny and diff coolers.

Coolant res installed with lines to Ron Davis radiators.

Now on to complete hook up of fuel cells. The suspension systems is a couple of weeks away from completion. Will post that next.

Thanks. I'm having a great time with the project. I'm chomping at the bit to get this puppy on the track.

Any more pics on the Dailey Dry Sump? Any reason you chose them vs. ARE or Aviaid? I just cancelled my order w/ Aviaid after 2 months of double talk and no product shipment so I'm looking at other options again.

I will check to see if I have any more pics. The Dailey system was recommended by EPP who built the engine and drive train as well as a number of friends who've raced with the product. I'm not familiar with the other two products you mentioned.

Good luck with whatever system you eventually go with.
