I lowered my 2003 Zo6 yesterday. the front is not turned down all the way, about 1 turn away from max. both side adjusted even. but the passenger side wheel well gap is about 1/2 higher, so i turned it down even more, still 1/2 high. anybody no what wrong.
I have both front bolts totally removed for over 2 years and still have a small amount of difference in gap. Think of it this way...no one can see both sides of your car at the same time, only you will know it. But I agree that it needs to settle, a few hundred spirited miles should do it.

When I lowered mine down I took measurements before I started so I knew exactly how much each corner was being lowered. I found that I had anywhere from a 1/4" to 3/8" diffences from one side to another. After being lowered and driven to settle the suspension I found that each side is now within an 1/8".
