Default dyeing the interior -little help

Has anyone dye the interior of their vehicle? I have a friend that has a new set of torch red seats and I was thinking of changing my interior from lt. oak to torch red. If anyone has can you please tell me where I could purchase the dye.

Thanks in advance.

Most quality leather is drum dyed so it penetrates completely and won't rub off on your DOCKERS.
A spray or brush on leather/vinyl dye might not be as resistant to abrasion.
That said, check out a company called SEM PRODUCTS...

The DIY dye never lasts long at all ,rubs off really easy.

The more that I think about it I have decided not to dye the interior. Thanks for the input.

Won't paint chip after being flexed or pushed against too many times?

I changed my interior color from Lt Grey to Black /Red accents. I dyed the carpet black but would not trust dyeing the rest of the interior. The carpet worked out fine though.

I just bought a used 00 with light oak and someone must have died it because there was overspray and it took me nearly an hour of scrubbing to get it off each side. Don't know why they dyed it just lazy I guess. Looks great once it was clean. Anyway, I did not like the looks of it. Worse thing you could do in my opinion. just my .02 try covers or something else maybe
