I hace the 233/239 112lsa TSP cam. I makes good power. I made 418rwhp
with it. It does surge it low rpms. I would think the ms4 would be a lot worse. It sounds really good.
Do you have any HP numbers with the cam without the gears?? I am trying to figure out how to do a temporary fix on my hp problem but don't want to go all the way to gears....yet...
putting a cam in my 04 Z,wondering if anbody has one of these magic stick 4s,if so hows the driveability, any suggestions on another cam?
Hey hellcat,
Are you a member on okgmp.com? If so, there is a member over there named SSmoked that, if I remember correctly, had a Texas Speed cam in his ZO6. You might try to pm him and see. This is kind of a guess, but it doesn't hurt asking.

My MS4 combo does not surge, but LG Motorsports tuned this car. I have seen several mild cams surge and buck while cruising, and all were corrected with a good tune.
I have the TSP 228R and love it. Drives like stock, in fact most people do not even know I have a cam at all. But then again, driveability is all in the tune.
See this thread for my dyno results, not bad at all for a baby cam
