Today when leaving for work it cranked over fine the first time. After stopping for gas it started kinda weird, leaving for lunch and coming back to lunch it started weird, then leaving work it barley started at all, and gave a "Low Voltage" warning. A few hours ago it wouldn't start at all, so I went and got a new battery, put it in and it still won't start. It'll just crank and crank and crank over, but never fire. Any idea's?
BTW, it's a 2000. The voltage always used to read 14volts ever since I got the car in October, but I was reading and the recommended battery is 12volts.
Odd, my 2000 did the same thing Friday morning, and I just but a new battery in it this afternoon. Replac ed the original Delco after 75000 mile and 8 years... They just don't make them like they used too..
No suggestions, since I'm not that familiar with the Corvette yet, but let us know what the problem was when you get it figured out. It would be good info.
