*PICS* Took A Drive in The MOUNTAINS!!!
Alright my neighbor needed a ride to get his vehicle. I said I would take him not realizing WHERE his vehicle was. We took the Z and set out. It was his FIRST ride in a Corvette so he was pretty happy, asking all kinds of questions!!
So we head into the mountain, into the RICH neighborhoods of Colorado Springs. We get to a surprisingly smooth dirt rode up about 10,000 ft!! The Z did amazing. I went throw 2 huge mud tunnels and a few spots of snow.
All I could think was no good deed goes unpunished!! We get to his truck and I had to take some pictures!! The Z was not dirty and it didn't bottom out once!! I thnk I might raise it up and rally race it!!!
Anyway I am proud of my Corvette!!!
The way up to the truck was pretty bad, but the road down was AWESOME!!! LOTS of crazy sharp turns and declines, all nicelt paved!!! I will be going up there in the summer quite a bit. My buddy has a STi so cruising up there will be fun, well within the law of course!!
