Key Fob Battery Change

Do you need to re-program a 2004 key fob once you change the battery? If so who is this done. (I am too lazy to open the owners manual)

hmm...I have a 99. And yes. It needed to be reprogrammed by get close to the car and simply hit" lock , unlock" buttons together for 6 or 8? Seconds . And done. The key fob should work then

I just changed the battery and no re-programming needed.

Hi There,
I just changed my battery key fob & no reprogram required.Battery in from day one 2001 coupe.
