Until late May (after the 25th). After talking to some people and looking at the schedule, it's just not doing to be conducive for me to try to make the 8 hour trek home from Maxwell AFB back to Scott AFB every or every other weekend while I'm at the NCO Academy. That said..........
This week will be the last week I'm taking orders for line lock kits until I return home. I have parts on hand to do up about 6-7 kits, so I shouldn't run out of stuff. If you don't want to wait, I need the order in by Friday so I can get them out on Saturday or Monday the 14th before I head out.
If an order inadvertently comes in while I'm gone, it will NOT be able to be filled and shipped until 25 may at the earliest.
I just want to make sure that anyone on the fence, considering ordering, or who doesn't know and wants one, gets taken care of. I'll be around during the productivity hiatus, but will be unable to actually do anything in terms of making kits.
The good news? I should have a little upgrade or two coming in late may after I return home. Upgrade to the standard kit, and I've been convinced to go for the braided line and -an fitting kit too, so look for that sometime late may/early june.
Last time I was stationed at Scott Afb it was located in Belleville,Il. 375th air wing attached to the mac, home of the C-9 Nightning Gale and not located in Collinsville ???

Nope, still at Belleville, 375th is still there and C9's are a thing of the past, but I live in Collinsville. My wife and I found a house we couldn't say no to up there. The commute isn't bad, only about 25 minutes (half of my old NJ commute).
Back on track.....line locks.......get yer line locks here!
I'm feeling stoopid here.
Tell me what line locks are. I may need some and not even know it.

Line locks are used on cars that drag race, they hold the car in line while doing a burn out. I believe they help with launching the car as well but someone with a little more knowledge would have to chime in for anymore info.
Basically what Rick Rossi said. The line lock locks the line pressure to the front brakes, holding the car motionless while you do a nice burnout at the drag strip. Some guys have used them for launch controlling to hold the car from rolling or for pre-loading the driveline also.
I'm at Gunter AFB down the hill from the school. I would buy one off you bring it down with you. I think I have another one who might be interested too.

Mine got here today and not only does everything look TOP-NOTCH but the instruction CD! alone was worth the purchase price. I have to run a couple errands tonight but afterwards I think I'm going to tackle the install and hopefully test it tonight.
Anyone considering one of these new kits but are nervous about the quality NEEDS to just suck it up and order one. Thanks alot Sean for a great product and good luck with your newfound business!
Any update for early 98s that have ABS in the rear ?
Dave
I'm meeting with a local gentleman on Wednesday morning and he's graciously letting me tear into his 98 for some R&D. If a solution is figured out, release won't be until late may at the earliest though.
j0n, I"m glad you're happy with the kit. Thanks a bunch for the kind words!
I'd like to offer a very sincere thanks for the patronage and support thus far. Over the past two days I have taken orders for kits that has depleted my current stock, and with me departing on Monday there's no time to get more stuff in. Thus, I will not be taking any orders until I return home in late may (approx 23rd) unless the customer absolutely wants to order and is willing to wait for the kit.
I'll be around to answer any questions that may crop up between now and then.
If anyone wants one, I have enough line fittings to do ONE more line lock kit before I leave. The only catch is that you'll have to order the solenoid from summit yourself.
I'll include everything BUT the solenoid for $110 shipped. The solenoid will run you $50 from Summit to your door. Just let me know. This offer expires on Sunday and is first come first served for the ONE kit only.
