So im undecided, a friend charges me 200 to paint my wheels and rear facia black, I like the idea especially since I am waiting for the arrival of my blackout light covers, some other friends are trying to convince me to do chrome wheels and keep the blackouts and rear facia black ...
CAN SOMEONE PHOTOCHOP BLACK WHEELS, REAR FACIA AND BLACKOUTS ON MY CAR AS WELL AS CHROME WHEELS??????

I would say that you're going to need to supply us with better pictures. The pics are all at bad angles, and in shadow condtions. Tough to get realistic looking results given those conditions.

your pics were not good enough so i used my car as an example since we have the same thing...
not perfect but i think good enough for you to get the idea of how black wheels look on an EB C5
