Hi, I got this one from ecklers for my 03 vert. It is thick carpet covered foam. Somewhat flexible. They say it is a press fit. It does fit real well, but I used velcro doubled up and glued to itself to give the velcro two sides to attach to the divider and the carpet areas, and it doesn't budge at all now, but can be removed when needed.
Good Price, and not a bad product.
