1999 Corvette, engine has no spark??? Help!!!

1999 Corvette, engine has no spark??? Help!!!
Please help me!!! my 1999 C5 corvette engine has no spark!!
The car used to run fine untill I had the front end off, radiator out electrical harness unplugged from engine, computer and cam sensor, battery was disconected when this was done! So when everything was back together it would not start! Cranks over, fuel sprays from injectors, but no spark! Does it need a relearn of some type?? I have checked all wiring connections and fuses, relays. Engine check light comes on with key on . I'm frustrated please help, Im afraid to take it to the dealer. It has to be something simple??????

Should not be any special process to get the spark after you put it together again.
Since it worked when you disassembled it, it should work when re-assembled.
Go back over EVERYTHING, and I would maybe start with the connection to the coils etc.
Did you remove any grounds?
Take a deep breath and just start going through all your work.
