I have a CAM (222/224-566/568 112LSA), CAI, Cat back exhaust, and a port and polished TB This is on stock manifolds. We did a street tune because i plan on doing headers and a few other things at that time ill have him put it on the dyno for numbers. The car is noticably faster i spin all the way through first and when it hits second it chirps the tires. We are guessing somewhere in the neighborhood of 340/350 range if your goinig to have him tune he does a great job.....

sweet luckily he's not too far from here so when i finally decide to get a tune, he'll probably be the one.. how long does the process usually take from start to finish?

As Darryl said, every car is different.

On a small cam with a manual transmission, perhaps 90 minutes to 2 hours. Automatics always take longer. Add a stall and gears with an automatic and it could be most of the day to get it perfect.

A big cam, could be a couple of days to work out all the kinks. With forced induction and a big cam, possibly longer.
