Corner light question (new idea)
Is it possible to remove the lens from the corner light? (either the OEM or aftermarket version) I'm thinking of desiging and building an LED version of the corner lenses in a style similar to the Halo taillights.

the idea i have is somthing between some kind of LED array through a clear lens or the same array through a frosted housing to give an "organic" LED effect similar to the new scanner on KITT

I remember reading that someone had pre-heated their oven, then turned it off and put the DRL's in there for a bit and were able to separate them. Not something I'm ready to try! Maybe if you had an old messed-up set to experiment with....
