Is it just me or what, but when I push the radio button and it happens to be on the same station already, I SWEAR it seems to shift the sound to usually a more clear sound.
Am I coo-coo or what (regarding just this question) !

Wrong,,,the VIN reveals this was a special made COPO, "Happy 50th Anniversary from Bose Stereo Co. Tour Vette", and as such, they installed the "TouchOmatic Stereo Enhancement Wonderhall Surround Sound Dual Management Equalizer" as a demographics test. It was determined to be too expensive for average Vette people, so they sold the Patent to Buggati and it was installed exclusively into the Veyron. No lie, just check it out next time your riding in a Veyron. Looks like some here are just jealous !
Now I am 100% sure on the coo-coo designation of the OP.
And is your "100% sure" INCLUSIVE of sitting in a Veyron, pushing the same radio button and actually verifying my claim or are just turning more green with envy cause you know it`s true ?
Don`t be hatin on the special, one off, "Happy 50th Anniversary from Bose Stereo Co. Tour Vette".
Maybe not coo-coo. Your memory settings remembers which "sound" category you have for each individual preset. i.e. if you have preset 1 set for "jazz" and preset 2 set for "rock", they will revert to that each time you hit your memory button or use your remote to unlock the car. So, if you have the same radio station on the same button for FM1 and FM2, then there's a good chance they are set for different tones. Watch the lower right setting for each as you push the button the second time. OKAY, is everybody confused now?????
I dunno, I`m pleased as punch, that I was lucky enough to get the "one off" : "TouchOmatic Stereo Enhancement Surround Sound Dual Management Equalizer", especially installed on my, "Happy 50th Anniversary Bose Stero Co. Tour Vette". PLUS I found my Vette is signed under the hood blanket by "Manny Kowalski", it just keeps getting better and better !

I must have the cheap model. It doesn't do this. I wish it would.
