I park the car at lunch after a Fresh washing, 10 min later My torch Red Coupe has turned into a faded millennium yellow. Can I just go over it with a Micro Fiber Towel or will this scratch it. What do you guys do.
I usually give the car a few hits with a california duster, but the sad fact is it needs more frequent washing during pollen season. Small price to pay for having the car out on the road during all this great weather.
In addition, I just had my car polished and was told by the detalier (who did a great job BTW) the CA duster scratches like there's no tomorrow. I've since tossed it and rely on quick detailer and a MF cloth.
Try having a Black one I just wipe it down with a Microfiber towel. I have quick detail spray but only use it when there is a smudged or a bug. If you just waxed it, everything should wipe off pretty smooth. and about the CA duster, it does scratch the crap out of my car when I used it. Now I just use Microfiber towels. I keep about 4 microfiber towels and the detail spray behind the drivers seat.
