I started thinking about tinting my windows. I have a torch red coupe with a glass top. I was having trouble choosing what percent to get. I had 5 percent on my old car, but was thinking about maybe going lighter. I might try 5 on the back and maybe 20ish on the sides. I was also wondering how the side windows look with the glass roof. Any pics and percents you have would be great. Thanks
hey thanks guys they both look great. Wrecked, I see you have frc so I'm not sure if you have the same dot matrix on the top of the windows as the coupes. But if you do did you do the black vinyl strip or just tinted over the dots. I was just wonder how 20 percent looked with the vinyl.
Before you get 20%, just be aware that the police will probably be hounding you as long as you own the car. LEOs do not like not being able to see who is inside the vehicle and what they may be doing (reaching for a gun?). I may be wrong, but I believe here in Florida that dark a tint is illegal. I have 5% on sides and 20% on rear with a glass top on my Torch Red and it looks awesome. Unfortunately I am way to computer illiterate to post pics.

I do have the same dots as the coupe. They just tinted over the dots so I have somewhat the same problem that everyone has, but I guess I am not that picky.
This is the only pic I have of the back. You don't notice the dots (or you just can't see them )
I work for the local police dept. so I get out of most tickets. I was just looking for the best looking set up because I am worried about the the dot matrix on the top of the rear window.
