Default almost done with the buildup...

...and this was going to be just a simple freshen up. Boy things change. I've dumped a ton of money into this thing, more than I bought it for, now I cant wait to get home from the sandbox and get started!

sleeved 6.0L block, 427 ci
eagle 4340 4" crank
eagle H beam 6.125" rods
diamond flattop LS7 pistons
QM600 cam, caddy lifters, Manley chrome moly pushrods and HS LS7 rockers
MSD coil packs
ported LS7 intake
CNC LS7 heads with Ti valves
100mm MAF and TB
42# SVO injectors, flow matched
racetronix pump system
SDPC 1 7/8-2" big tube LS7 headers and 3" X pipe
ARP studs and bolts
fidanza aluminum flywheel
Meziere aluminum water pump and dewitts radiator, LPE oil cooler adapter
RPM level V M12 trans, Z06 torque tube
leatherseats.com pewter/black sportseat/interior conversion
FRC/targa conversion coming soon with black roof/b-pillar and nassau lower half
HUD conversion

I think thats the majority of it. I changed my build from a warmed over LS1 with LS6 heads to a 427 L92 to a 427 with new everything. Kinda went overboard for a daily lol

I have most of the components, waiting to buy the last of them. So now is the time for comments, gripes, questions...always helps to get some feedback!

Still looking to get some black chrome rear 18x12" Z06 wheels and L5 quarters.

Funny, the other day I was imagining it with the nassau/black scheme and the FRC/targa conversion and I kept thinking to myself how vaguely similar it would look to the new LS9 ZR1. Its kind of like a homebuilt cross between a C5 Z06 and a C6.
