INSTALLED: 18x12s with 335s!!!

But, I removed the wheel and looked at where the rubbing occured... The tire just cleaned my inner fender, it didn't rub a groove or anything along those lines... It barely touched! Also, my car is lowered all the way on stock bolts. ...So I go with my previous statement, "These wheels/tires fit without any problems!".As for the quote below, maybe the Michelin PS2's had a more square sidewall or something along those lines!

"Just got em in and mounted up! As always, the guys at Gwinns Tire & Alignment hooked me up.
Many people have questions whether they will fit on a stock C5... Well, my car is not tubbed nor do I run spacers! These wheels/tires fit without any problems!
Check it out and let me know what you think!"
I would like to add something here before a bunch of folks run out and mod their cars this way. But there is a strong possibility that you may be wrong. At the onset I want to say that my car is lowered 1" all around. Your may be at the stock height. Having said that, I've been running Michelin Pilot sports 335x18s on 11.5" CCW street wheels the rear for over 4 years. They do rub under certain conditions. Like turning onto a driveway with an incline. Or hitting a bump at speed when under power in a sharp turn. They will rub the upper inside of the fender liner from about 11 o'clock to 1 o'clock. Its no big deal. My local tuner has said that every car that they have seen that is running this fat a tire rubs. This is why a certain dealer would not work on my car and demanded that my wife remove the car from their shop. She informed them that I was having a operation to remove a tumor due to exposure to Agent orange and she could not drive stick. They told her it was too bad that the car was not safe and that she had to get the car out of their shop. They also informed my insurance company who promptly proceeded to deny my claim! I do not want to mention the dealer because on the other forum (DC) they removed my thread when I posted what happened, because the dealer is a supporting vendor on their site, they might be one on here too! And I don't want any bad blood between me and the mods on here. Any way I had the car transported to my tuner and fought the insurance company who eventually paid the claim. I am not saying that CoyoteSR5 doesn't know what he is doing. I am saying that sometimes it takes a little time after a Mod to see the total outcome.
PS The Pilot Sports are a little wider than the BF Goodrich KDWs, maybe it the rim width
