Default Lean left bank?

Had a code go off that read left bank lean about 700 miles ago. Took it to autozone and my gas cap literaly just spun around and did not lock. The guy said that this was more than likely the problem. Purchased a new cap and everything has been fine untill today. Check engine light again came on. I took it to autozone and same thing, lean left bank. The car was recently dynoed and was not adjusted at all. The numbers it gave were all safe and to spec. Could it be I did not tighten the cap enough and would this cause this problem? I have a blackwing intake, x pipe and headers with a maggy. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it ok around town? Does it happen after heavy acceleration..or a long highway drive? I had a similar problem with my 2000 MN6 after heavy acceleration or highway driving. First check all the seals around your blackwing. If it's all tight you may need to do what I did. I richened up the left and right banks 3% at 4000 rpms and above. You may only need to do the left bank. I had no more problems after the adjustment.

Hope this helps.

Both times it has happened under somewhat hard acceleration? I am going to check my seals now on the intake and go from thiere. How often did this happen on youre car before you richened it up?
