Default New head unit

It seems like I started this project eons ago, but I finally finished it. I added the Kenwood DNX7100 and since I had the center console out, I replaced the stock shifter with a C6 Z06 unit. I had Brian (C5 KIDD) modify the dash and he did an incredible job. There is only a slight difference in the textured paint and the original finish. My only regret is that I didn't spend the extra $$ and have it painted Mag Red to match the exterior. I do like the feel of the new shifter, the throws are shorted and it feels more precise.

Looks really nice David. C5KIDD does outstanding work. He's so close to me that I think I'll put in a double din just for the heck of it.

That's why I did it. I have a friend with a C6 and I loved the look. I ran the IPOD connection into the center console, but the coolest feature is the backup camera.

I wanted to try to do my radio bezel mod myself, but seeing C5Kidd's good work all over the place makes me think I ought to just farm it out to him so its done perfectly as yours is. Seems to be worth the $$$ for such a perfect factory clean installation. Looks fantastic c5Kidd is truely a master of his craft!
