My new Z06
I got it on Tuesday. I haven't posted because I can't get out of the drivers seat. It is just amazing. I went for a little drive last night and tonight and had so many cars reving at me, tonight it was a LT1 Z28 that kept following me and reving, I never reved back and just ignored it, you have to do that alot in these cars. I am not going to race this thing on the street, it's just got to much power to do something stupid, and what do I really have to prove to an LT1 Camaro anyway, nothing! I like just crusing along at 30mph better anyway than going fast or getting on it. I have gotten so many compliments on the car, it's just crazy. Then I had a guy flip me off I guess just because I have a nice vette, I found it pretty funny. I finally got up the nerve to disable the traction control and go WOT rolling at about 10mph, that puts a huge smile on your face.
The car came with Firestone WO's and there isn't a whole lot left on them, so I've got some new tires coming my way. Also something is wrong with the AC, it blows very little air out. It does have an extended warrenty that came with it but I don't know if it would cover the AC. These cars and so freaking low, I though I had it bad in the Camaro, you have to be careful of every parking lot you pull out of. Other than that is in pretty much perfect condition.

I get alot of attention but i also get a bunch of guys that know what the Z06 can do and wont mess with it. funiest thing to date was i had a late model v6 mustang reving at me trying to race at a light

Congrats on the sweet looking car Matt.
I'll usually give it a rev if another car does the same. I don't race though. Sometimes they just want to hear the engine. I see people roll their windows down all the time as I come up along side them. It happened just today actually. As I was coming up to pass a Mustang on the freeway I saw her roll her window down. I put the clutch in and gave it a quick blip as I went past.

One tip -- Don't let any mechanics take your car for a "test drive"!
