I am at The Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri, and my biggest worry is finding someone to work on my 98 vert. without destroying it. I would'nt trust anyone around hear to touch it. Have had many bad experiences with my daily drivers. I can do most of the work myself, I am talking about clutch replacement, engine work, my rocker panels need some minor body work. St. louis, Kansas City, Springfield, any help on Corvette friendly shops would be greatly appreciated.
I don't have any problems yet, but someday I am going to need a new clutch, and am also thinking of doing some engine mods. Just want to find a reputable shop.

I am long time member of the forum, but have never posted before, don't really know what I'm doing yet. I am 45 and this is my first Corvette. The car has been everthing I could ask for and more, but my biggest concern is finding people to work on it. I'm with all the other guys who take their wheels off to get new tires, and do everything else I can myself. I am just not going to replace a clutch myself or dive in to the engine. You just can't trust anyone to not screw your car up. It is especially bad if you are in a rural area like I am.
