I bought a used factory Black '99 hatchback back in 6/14 and have discovered I have the code R8C.
My car has many miles and looks like the driver door was replaced sometime along the way before I got it. So I have no info stickers or the NCM sticker.
Kinda sucks, but it's nice to know the car was probably treated well for a long time. I wish I could get the missing stickers but no biggie as still I have the proof in my glovebox.
Contact the NCM R8C Delivery group ( 800-205-4248). They are pretty tight on replacement stickers, but they should have delivery records filed by VIN and if you can provide whatever their ownership requirements are I would think they would allow a replacement. If your serious it might be worth the call.
Here's the one on my 98, just had its 18th birthday on the 12th of January this year.
