I don't know how many of you watch "Jail" on TV. Last night the cops in Portland, Oregon brought in a drunk they arrested after a 15 minute chase and crash. He had totalled his new 2007 C6! The jailer kept rubbing the guys nose in the loss of his car. He did admit he needed help. He didn't say what he needed the help for, getting counciling or a new Corvette.
His Corvette days are done for the foreseeable future,,after an event like that the legal expenses will put him in the poor house.I can't imagine an insurance company coming within 10 miles of him and another Corvette !!

Wouldn't his insurance company deny his claim for wrecing the C6 under these circumstances? I think he's screwed?
Hmmm....was the "event" recent or filmed much earlier??
I met a guy in a Safeway on SE Powell a few months ago that saw me pull up in the 'Vette. He talked about his police chase in his 'Vette a couple of weeks before and how it had the door skin ripped off etc. He seemed pretty proud of his stupidity.
