Thinking about getting a Corvette.......
Im also 6'4" 230ish lbs. Is this going to be a comfortable vehicle for me??
But seriously...you shouldn't have much of an issue...I'm just shy of 6' and I have to pull the seat forward about 3 or 4 inches to fully and comfortably depress the clutch. You're going to LOVE the car and the Corvette brotherhood!

Everyone is right, you have your pickings. That is why I have what I do and for what I got it for...later part being pretty dang important.
As far as things to look for, do a quick search for 'issues, recalls, problems' etc. The guys on this site will always be a PM away from helping out.
Also, if you find one you are interested in, post a message looking for a fellow member to take a second look with you; chances are they'll have your back.

My brother SleeperC5 posted this info not long ago.
Little is it known of the giant at the Corvette Plant in Bowling Green, KY.
Wil Cooksey was the plant manager since 1993 and has retired recently.
The C5 interior was built around him. GM figured if Mr Cooksey (a huge man in suture) could fit comfortably inside the C5 other large men would be comfortable. Wil Cooksey made it possible for guys like Ken and others to drive or ride in comfort.
Mr Cooksey brought a lot of change to the plant that benifted not only GM, but it's employees.
Below is a write up of his upcoming route 66 tour.
