Default 2004 Commemorative Edition questions

Im looking at a 04 commemorative, non Z06.

I've read the info at the NCM on it, but frankly it doesn't really tell me what to look for.

Can any of you give me specific details on what to look for to be sure its a commemorative?

Badges, door stickers, embroidery on the head rests. Is "slate" interior a real light gray? How should they look? What is included in the package??

Anyone have pics of one??

Commemorative edition, non Z06 should have LeMans Blue paint RPO 19U, Shale interior, special embroidery on the seats, and commemorative badges. I believe the commemorative package RPO for non Z06's was Z15 (Z16 for Z06).
Regardless, LeMans blue was reserved for the Commemorative Edition...ie. only C.E.'s will have that color (unless the car's been repainted).

That is correct. Badges on front, Rear of car and Wheels differ from the base model Corvette as wells as the interior and paint Color.

If you want the ultimate (like new) CE, a dealer here in Staunton VA, Elliot, has one with 1600 miles, yes 1600 miles. It has both tops, the clear still has the protective paper from the factory on it!!!! The car is an auto, factory new, he is asking $37K!!!!! I told him . I don't think so for that price, I'd buy an '08!
