Paid $1680 for the last set of RF's; doing mods as well.
I just put them on mine and I'm happy. I just drive my car to work and back mainly so they are fine. I had PS2's but I didn't want to spend that much again.
You can feel the taller tread but for street driving I don't see it as a problem at least not for me.
I think I have the II's as well... 5000 miles on them so far. Great looking tread life... quiet... balanced out without weights HUGE improvement over the run-craps. at 1/4 the cost.
I put II's on the car last fall when I picked up my vette. I've never driven with anything but these tires on the vette. I drove it 2900 miles home and have put almost that on it since. Tires are quiet, have good traction and I haven't had an issue in the rain. I am driving 3400 miles to san francisco and back in two weeks and expect to be just as pleased with them by the time I get back. For the price I am very happy so far. Don't forget the compressor and plugs as well as an AAA membership!
I have them and feel that the traction isn't the best, but they cruise just fine.
I hear a lot of people say they handle like cheap sport tires, but what does that mean? Mainly what I'm curious about is how they perfom as complared to the stock run craps? I'm comsidering replacing my run craps with these, but I don't have anything to compare to as both of the C5s I've had rolled on stock tires.

Just ordered a set of these tires, does anybody have them and how do you like them?
They have good power traction but not as good as a runflat, but well worth the price. You can feel a little sidewall flex if you push them in a turn there're O.K. if you don't go crazy; they don't "skitter" as much on a bumpy curve as a runflat. Much quieter than the runflats and much smoother too. Well worth the price, if you want more performance, buy a tire that cost double or more, but you will not get double the performance.
if all you plan to do is drive around town and possibly hit the interstate or highway for some cruiseing then these tires would be nice. can get them at tirerack for around 500 dollars less the shipping. if you plan on racing at the track or something might need something different.

or you could spend 1k plus on some tires. I like my $500 set.
Had them on mine for 30K replaced them with Non RF Khumos.
Kept the old ones.
Wore well and still have a lot of tread left.
They were great on Dry and wet. Had a bit of bump steer in corners though.
Pretty had composition and turned over and smoked at WOT.
Khoms give a better ride of course they are not RF's.
