Sunvisor removal

Sunvisor removal

Passenger side visor is toast. The cardboard or pressed wood insert broke off the metal swivel. Trying to remove the entire visor to repair or replace. Has anyone repaired one of these. How do I remove the old one. Any help appreciated

THANKS! Just what I needed. If my old visor was in better shape I'd love to do the homelink upgrade. Now to try and find a replacement.
