My First Vette!
I never thought I would buy a Vette, or post pictures for others to see it for that matter. BUT.... I was shopping for a couple of months, and read this site daily to decide what I did and didn't want. I decided on this one; a '99 FRC. When I bought it, the last owner had put the 19 inch wheels on it, and lowered it with the screws. I sold my 9 second 92 camaro to buy this car because I wanted something I could have fun in again. That car was too loud, too fast (I can't believe I said that), too much all the way around. I never thought I would be the typical Criminal Defense Attorney with a Vette, but I love this thing. All I had to do was repair a small tear in the driver's seat, Install a K&N cai, Magnaflow X-pipe and Mufflers, and screens. I installed an Alpine head unit (with Ipod and Sirius), 2 Alpine amps (they fit so nicely in those little pockets in the back) and a Subthump box with an Alpine Series R 12 and Infinity Kappa's in the doors and rear. The car turns heads, is a blast to drive, and now all I have to do is remember to wave when another Vette drives by. Thanks for all the help on here guys, you all helped me decide what to get and where to buy the add ons.

Thanks everyone for the compliments. The girlfriend said this is the most unwearable engagement ring she has ever seen. The question is, will I always get up at night and wipe her down.....every night?
