[Z06] Alignment

Alignment
My 01 Z is i need of alignment, since I am in need of another set of tires. I seem to recall there was a discussion on this forum relating to this subject stating that the factory specs were wrong. Is this the case? I do not do any course racing, but I do have my fun. Thanks in advance ...

My recommendation is sit in the car while they do it and get:
Front -
Camber = -1.0 L/R
Toe = 0.0 L/R
Rear -
Camber = -.5
Toe = -.01 L/R
Get as much caster as possible up front while keeping priority on the above specs and matched Left/Right.
Front -
Camber = -1.0 L/R
Toe = 0.0 L/R
Rear -
Camber = -.5
Toe = -.01 L/R

305/30/19's out back and 275/35/18's in front, It was a local Goodyear tire service center with one of the newest Hunter machines that is only 6 months new. And they let me sit in the Z06 and turn wheel to set alignment arrow on their computer. $59.95 + tax... $65 and I got a great alignment.
