Default c6 Z SHIFT **** QUESTION!
picked up a c6 Z shifter for my c5 Z today, what are you guys using for a shift ****? can i modify mine?

I'm using the C6 shift ****, and really like!!

Considering the same C6Z shift **** on my B&M short shifter. My only concern is the polished metal part at the top. My interior is black... I want to keep it ALL that way.... Can I paint the metal part black ? Where I can still see the 1-6 shift pattern on it ?

Does the metal part come off the know so I can paint it seperately ?

The shift pattern isn't etched, just painted on the ****. The **** also doesn't have a smooth surface, may be hard to paint.

Check out pipedreams....He can do a custom cap for that **** with anything you want! www.nakidparts.com Mine is lemans blue with a silver shift pattern..
