How many here have noticed that it is easier to put on a painted cover versus the glass top? I seem to have a hard time with the glass top compare to the painted top. No struggle when I exchanged my glass for the painted as the temp soars to the upper 90's this week.

I've only had the acrylic but I've never had any trouble putting it on, at least no more than I would expect given that it's a little awkward.
I've read it twice and I THINK he's saying weather wise, it's easier to trade tops coming into warmer weather, because it cools the car down with the painted top. Not that one isn't fiting properly.
I know that it is Summer painted, winter glass for many people, for just that reason. Depending on where you live.
I'll tell ya what's NOT easy. Taking the top (either one) out after work when the car's been sitting in the sun all day. Use gloves or burn your hands.........

Almost dropped it! Luckily I had some MF towels to use.
