How do you get the screw out of the fuse box cover??? I did turn it

Im trying to get the screw out of the fuse box cover in the enging bay so I can put the chrome cover i bought on it

Once you remove the lid you'll see under the cover the bolt going into the sleeve and it has some ribs on it.

Take a small screw driver and slightly pry up on the rib and pull the screw out it will pop loose - I know I had to do mine in order to install the chrome cover!
