Dealer who ordered it was from Canada. Go figure?
It has export opt. , everything you can think of.
Previous owner didn't even know what the elec. cord was hanging wiretied to the alt. found out it was a block heater ? Weird for a vette, who's gonna take it out in sub- zero temps?
