Default Lowering question

I had my car ( 02 z06) lowered on the factory bolts...I wonder if they could have lowered it too much ? I remember seeing the cars could be lowered 5/8" ..they lowered the front 1.1x" and the back 1".... the car looks really good, but I'm wondering it I should have it raised about 1/4 inch to avoid trearing up the front end or bottoming out the middle of the car on small bumps.

How low is acceptable on the factory bolts ?? I don't want my susp. to be bound up. I know I've seen vettes lower than mine, so I'm sure I'm ok. I don't have any threads really showing on the back bolts , so I want that tighted some to give me some piece of mind. I think they guys got carried away, so I'm going to have them double check thier work.

any thoughts on this, thanks Tim

Lowered mine too on stock bolts, all the way down to bushings in front, rear is lowered to three threads from the top, all I can say is, I like it and I watch where I drive......

I had network alignment do it, $60 bucks with the alignment...good guys there...... They just went a little lower than I told them or expected. I thought I'd get 5/8 to 3/4 drop , not over an inch.

Ok guys another question then..... how do you guys get under your cars to change oil etc ? Are there any decent priced ramps out there.... I've seen "vette" ramps cost $200 ! and the same thing I have I bought for maybe $60...but the are not low enough...I have a low profile jack too, but I don't think I can get under the car to the jacking points.

I've been looking for a ramp for lowered cars but haven't found any here in the Phx area...... there must be someone making them at a decent price...look at all the ricers that are lowered !

thx ps I really like the look of lowered vettes !
