Default Nitrous Stutter??? Please Read

Is the only way I can explain it. Bottle is at 950 and when I shot the 100 it feels as though it stutters or surges...???

On a side note and might pertain to this, I hear a rattle inside my bottle ( yes its full ) Is it possible the pickup tube is loose and will this make the nitrous surge?? I am also noting a good amount of popping through the exhaust while on the bottle. Any possible causes for all of this?? Plugs looked good after last weekend. I will pull them all tonight and check again. Car runs fine otherwise.

You probably already checked all of it, but when this was happening to me I just regapped my plugs to around .032-.034 and it cleared up. Just a thought.

I also have a 100 shot. When I hit it, there is no hesitation, popping, or other noises. It just kicks right in. Could possibly be a restriction in the nitrous somewhere. Sounds like you're getting too much fuel. Is it a wet system?

It might possibly be the nitrous screen/filter that is located right before the solenoid, at least on my kit it is. Mine started to get clogged after I ran multiple bottles through it. That would cause a rich condition like the above poster mentioned.

Well it wasnt rich, the number 1 and #3 plugs had the electrodes missing. Did a pressure test and all cyls are between 145 and 150. Replaced plugs and gapped to 32-34. Also the maf was covered in gunky-greasy oil. Most likley from the k&n filter. Funny though, I didnt throw any codes and the car seemed like it was running well. Sure could tell the diference however when I started the car after all was replaced. Here are the pics of the plugs:

Asides from nuking the electrodes on the plugs...it may be the oil from the K&N is coating the MAF sensors and causing an incorrect A/F.
Do you have a purge? What RPM do you begin to spray?
My spray would hesitate for a second before I got a purge, which can be good for traction, but takes some of the fun out. I personally think 950psi is kinda low for bottle pressure and prefer 1050-1100psi.
