Wrecked Vette
While I was out of town this weekend my wife was driving our 03 convertible when someone ran a red light and hit her! She's OK, but the Vette has sustained considerable damage. This is my first Vette, and I had it all of 17 days. 
I haven't seen it, so I don't know how bad the damage is.

The other person got a ticket for running a red light. 
A lot of good that does for my poor wife and our Vette! It scared her pretty bad as she was riding with the top down and was afraid that the SUV was coming in on top of her. Just some dumb woman that was messing with her 8 or 9 year old daughter when she should have been paying attention to where she was going! It wasn't even her truck. Nothing will be closed out until I've done everything to make sure that my wife is OK.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I took my wife to the doctor today and she did sustain some injuries. She doesn't have any broken bones but she does have some out of place, so we're working to get her fixed. She's my best friend and everything to me, so I'm doing everything that I can for her
As for the car, we're still not sure. The body shop says that it can be fixed, so that's good. The problem now is that the other driver may not be insured after all!
I do have the uninsured driver insurance, but that doesn't help my feelings any! I'm paying out the nose for insurance, and this clown may not even have any! We should know for sure in the next day or so. Not happy, not happy.............
