Why doesn't your car have the front pieces to the trim strip? The parts that go on the door are there but where are the pieces that go on the fenders?? Did you do that on purpose?
I agree 100%...as i was not happy how the Toyo tires just did not fill in the wheel well like the stock one's. I live in Rhode Island and it is a DD so i just do not want to lower it and take the chance. Thanks for the good words
Someone backed into my car and damaged the bumper cover..so i had to have that replaced and they painted the whole nose so it would blend. That is why the fender pieces are not there. I actually wanted the BSM off the doors, but the body shop did not want to do it. I left them off for the time being as i may attempt to take the molding off myself or i can just stick the fender one's back on. Should i just put them back on? Let me know your thoughts.
The pictures do not do them justice. We painted them about 15% darker just for a little offset. Thanks for all the kind words!! It took a long time to finally come together.
Really nice look...very tasteful! About the BSM's...(everyone's opinions differ on the issue) but taking them off (which I'm in favor of) is a breeze. Some strong fishing line, some spray lube and/or a heat gun and off they come. Took me about 10 minutes to do mine (first mod I ever did) Just go very slow and be patient.
its pretty cool not quite my cup o' tea I like a cleaner look. The BSM followed by the crease in the door followed by the crease from the ground effects makes it look kinda busy with too many horizontal lines. But thats just my opinion. I Love the brakes though thats my next mod. If it makes you happy drive it like you stole it.
