Default Gauging Interest: First ever CF "E-show"

Over at another forum I hang out on, some of the guys have put together an "E-car show" where member send in their 3 of their best pics for each of several categories. (some suggestions below)

- Best exterior
- Best interior
- Best Under-hood
- Best ICE (in car entertainment)
- Best sound system (non video)
- Most creative mod
- Road warrior award (most miles)
- Garage queen award (least miles)
- Sweat/blood/tears award (for worst injury while working on the car)

The pictures would be posted in a sticky and a ballot would be issued where members could vote for 1st 2nd and 3rd place (possibly an honorable mention)

As far as awards go, I have no idea. Something you could put in your signature or below your avatar would be cool. Perhaps even a membership upgrade to the CF.

thoughts?

I actually made it for $7.99 I went to Auto Zone and bought the little breather then took the stock Oil cap and drilled a pilot hole through the center then took a WOOD Butterfly bit (5/8" if I remember right) and from the top down I cut through the top layer only (there is a void in the center-hollow) and then under the cap I drilled the pilot hole out to 5/16" and then...

I then pushed the breather in and that is it. ( I bought a new Oil Cap so I always have a stocker laying around - I got it in the For Sale section here on the forum

Thanks,Matt

Hum, how would this apply to sharp looking "non mod" vette's? I've seen some of the other sites, the car's with the most "aftermarket bling"...seem to get the "thumbs up" for what it's worth.... possibly stock and another for mod's, just a thought...

Okay how about 3 more categories:

- Best Daily driver
- Best Stock car (no more than 3 modifications)
- Best scenic photo (for your artsy-fartsy people )

good call.

I've also decided to donate a "radioflyer" Custom exhaust plate to the winner of "best in show"
Any 2-color design you want and it can be made to glow just like mine.

Great idea!

How about a category for "Best Black Carbon Fiber Leather and Suede Interior on a 2001 in West Texas with between 35,000 and 36,000 miles"?
