Another "what's it worth?" thread

The car is a triple black 2000 6 speed convertible, with approx. 60k miles. It has every single option from the factory that you could order the car with, along with many extras. From what I can tell in pictures and from talking with the owner (I haven't yet seen the car), it is in pristine condition...always garaged, never driven in rain, etc. It also has a Corsa exhaust, K&N intake, B&M shifter, floor mats, a programmer, brand new run-flats, and a few other extras. No accidents, no major dealer repairs...just a very sound, solid car.
Just from the description of the car, and assuming it's in the outstanding condition I've described it in, what do you guys think it is worth? We're haggling down to the last thousand dollars or so, which I know doesn't sound like much, but everyone has to draw the line somewhere and right now the price is about a thousand over what I wanted to pay.
Thanks in advance.

Look at the car, dont let the years or miles bother you if the car is nice....Sure, it's out of warranty...but a 2004 with only 20 miles would be out of warranty too unless you snag something with an extended warranty....and even then, there wouldnt be that much life left on an extended warranty on any year C5......
When you look at the car you'll probably know if it's been taken care of or not...Look at the seats.....lots of short trips will be evident from seat bolster wear (in and out of the car)......Hiway miles are the best to have on a car......60K miles on a 2000 is relatively low miles....that's about 8K a year...I averaged 10K a year on my 2002 and only drove it on the weekends...but those trips were usually 100-300 miles....again, hiway miles are the best to have......Check the brakes, 60K miles is about brake time unless, once again, hiway miles...Ive seen cars with 80K hiway miles and the brakes were near perfect...
