Not for me. I still have trouble disassociating ground effect kits from rice; and all too often the kits are way overblown and gaudy. If I were going to put any kit on at all, it would have to be very minimal, unassuming, and ABSOLUTELY must fit the overall lines of the car and NOT look like a taped-on kit.
edit: kinda like the car posted above! Different, but not "in-your-face" like those silly veilside kits from the late '90's.
I accidentally voted no thinking that you meant neon underglow haha. But a small simple lip looks good to give it a more aggressive look. This will also cover up the annoying front rubber piece. I say do it!!!
The nicest body kits you can get are the ones that look like it should've came like that from the factory like that. Leave the bulky, glued on junk to the ricers.
Hmmm now that I take a second look at it, the lines realyl do NOT match the Vette. I might suggest a TS front (with or without lip, doesn't matter) and maybe a SpecterWerkes Rear fascia? That is a good clean look i'd say, a lot better than them ground effects you linked.
