I would guess NOT. I have a Pioneer D3 in the Vette and powered it off of the switched Acc feed in the passenger's foot well (but not the original radio power). I have a Window Valet and retained all the functions except for the radio on. maybe if you used the OEM radio's power lead it may, but most installs I've seen don't do it that way.

Yes, but a RAP adapter is required. Peripheral make one for about $80 if I remember correctly. 
RAP is best feature on the car (well, except horsepower, handling and gas mileage) and the Valet is icing on the cake.
