Like anything, what ever someone is willing to pay.
I think they are dull.
If original sensors, they are approaching the end of their life expectancy.
300-400?

Jeez those were an very pricey option when I bought my 98. They were like $5,000. I didn't consider them since I felt they clashed with a silver car but they looked nice on carmine red, pewter and fairway green.
i made a post about it a while ago and people said for about $250.00 to 300.00 with sensors/without tires.
I still have mine. I been to lazy to post up pics.
The wheels alone are worth much more than that IF they're in pristine condition with no chips. HOWEVER, the moment they get any chips in the paint much less any structural damage the value of the wheel drops by about 75% because it's so expensive to get them restored/repaired. I have an original set myself that I took off my C5 recently that has the usual chips from negligent tire changers, and I haven' bothered posting them yet becase they've devalued so much.
With the very typical chips I'd say $300-$400 + shipping is about right without the sensors, they're worth that much just as track wheels. These wheels are VERY light and anyone seriously interested in performance should have them. For that price you can use the savings to have them powder coated in any color you want for about the same price you'd pay for an aftermarket set, which doesn't have the quality of the original equipment and is only available in the stock color. These wheels were a $3,000 option from the dealer over the standard thin spoke wheels.
Alternatively, for very little money you can strip and polish them and apply a clear coat. IMO it looks much better than the stock wheel did. This is a great option for anybody that has some paint chips on the Mag wheels as long as there isn't any corrosion. See pic below.
