ok, silly question..
Does the driver side LOCK with the door panel switch ?
The fact that ONE door lock does work ( FOB wise) leads me to lean Driver SIDE relay or Fuse issue. Thats where I would start.

I had exactly the same thing occur in my car. It is the door control module. It's easy to replace and once done you will have no more problems. If you are out of warranty, the problem is the relays that are in the module. They are replaceable if you know how to disassemble it and are good at soldering. Some on the forum have done this. I was in warranty when it happened so I just got a new part.
