Default cant get the car outside

They milled the roads around where i live and its been like that now for weeks my car had been in the garage for a month because of this why dont they pave the roads over once the roads have been milled instead of waiting for weeks to do it.I miss driving my vette i waited all winter to drive her and this just sucks not being able to take her out.Anyone else have the same situation

Hi I hear you, they can mill roads around here and not pave them for months. I wouldn't let it stop me, I just take it slow and get on a paved road asap
Good Luck

We got the "chip seal prep" last Fall and it completely ruined the apearance of this development. The black gooey sealer is supposed to be applied next month. That means all our cars stay in the garage until it cures -- I don't want black stripes up my cement driveway and into the garage. We have 71 homeowners that are reallly upset, but we can't do anything about it as that's what the county uses. Maddening!!!

They did some of the roads around my area just milled the road and then throw those little rocks down never did pave the roads just waited untill the cars wheels crushed down all the little rocks and stones that was our new road.Car did not go out then for months.Right now my neighbor is telling me when she comes home at night how much of the main road is paved she does not have a vette and could car less about the milled and stoned roads so hopefully the next news i get form her is that all the road work is done,of course out here in pa road work is never done

Hi Char!

Yeah --- they repaved my street last year (took about 2 weeks from start to finish). Hang in there!

Hi, yea I get it, the fact is they never get done with the roads here. They do them, and the snow and cold un does them.
Char, don't waste your life waiting for things to change, live every day, and adapt to the circumstances. I care every bit as much about my cars as anyone, but iiwii, you have to go with the flow, and handle what needs to be handled.
Good Luck Semper Fi
