Default car is dead

I went out to go for a ride and my car is dead. Ran fine this afternoon. How do I open the trunk with no power-- c5 convertible , Help!!

check owners manual for the location of the manual wire release

It happened to me about a year ago with the top down! Check owners manual for location like advised in the above. Most likely you have a battery problem. Get a good jump and you should have enough to get you started and the power to operate whatever you need.

I ended up replacing the battery on my 2003 Vert.

i think there are 2 steel wires inbetween the two outer storage areas.. so right behind the center storage area. one is gas cap the other is hatch/trunk... this is info i got for my coupe so idk about your car
