Will the manifold have to be pulled to put the cover on?

You have to pull the manifold to get the last 2 bolts out...

There seems to be a lot of shops around now that can chrome anything plastic of metal either one!

As other have mentioned I think Kewl are the ones that fabricate the cover, and Chip - it is an easy install. I would wonder if you could work a deal with Kewl to get the cover, then with someone else (maybe cajun) to chrome it out.
