Interesting, I'd love to see a nice profile shot with both wheels in the shot.

I actually painted them. Don't know how it will hold up to tire changes yet. I done it one Sunday afternoon with tires mounted. I was gonna black them out with the stripe but backed out last minute.

I kind of like it. If you get time, shoot a side shot showing both wheels. I have been planning to do the black/red treatment and am thinking I may back out too. I want CCW's but don't want to drop the $$$. I am all about an inexpensive alternative.

Pretty much the reason I wouldn't do it. I like keeping the import stuff to the imports.

^ I agree. never much cared for the accent stripe on any wheels whether its import or not. but its your car dude, do with it what you see fit.

I come from M3 forums and time attach stripes is very popular. They look good with darker rims but i like what you did. They sell the time attach rings in many colors easy to put on and take off and they fit almost any rim out there.

Where can you get the rings? I thought about trying some sort of pinstripe tape. That way if I don't like it, I can just peel it off...

Reminds me of the old "red stripe" Hotwheels.
.......and I like Hotwheels
.
Kind of cool.......not sure if I'd do it, but pretty cool.

It wouldn't look good on my Chrome rims but the Silver rims look good.
