So I finished the driver side first, it was fine going up and down. 20 minute job.
The passenger side took a lot shorter because I knew what to expect. 12 minutes later, everything was done and put back together. Lights come on just fine. However, they won't go down. I doubled checked to see if anything was obstructing the motion of the motor, but couldn't find anything after poking around for 10-15 minutes.
Has anyone ever had this problem? Or any pointers/ideas would help.
Thanks
Btw, those HIDs were less than $200 shipped... stage2 55w 5000k kit.
This is a problem on some cars, forget the exact reason do a search, there are a lot of post about the problem and solutions. If you flick your hi beam switch the lights will shut. Sorry about being vague re: the reason for the problem but I would rather have you get the correct problem than to give you bad info.
